CONSTRUCTION ON SECOND PHASE OF £10.5M SEVENTY SIX SOUTH DEVELOPMENT IN SOUTH BELFAST BEGINS

Construction on the second phase of Hagan Homes’ £10.5million Seventy Six South development in the Village area of south Belfast (Kitchener Drive/Frenchpark Street, BT12 6AS) has commenced. The second phase will include 14 three-bedroom semi-detached homes.

Once completed, Seventy Six South will be a private development of 76 three-bedroom semi-detached homes. The overall development is scheduled for completion in 2022. Approximately 50 construction jobs have been created so far.

The first phase of the development, which started in June 2018, included construction of 24 new homes. All of these homes - 30% of the overall development -  have been booked. Homes in phase two are now on release with prices starting from £145k.
