Our customer care begins the day you place your deposit and continues long after you've picked up the keys. On move-in day, you'll receive a personal handover from your site foreman, along with a Homeowner Welcome Pack containing all the key contacts, information and guides to help you settle in with confidence.
Every Hagan home is thoroughly inspected before handover to ensure a high-quality finish. And while we build with care, we know the details matter. If anything isn't quite right, our dedicated aftercare team and online support system make it easy to report and resolve issues quickly.
You'll also receive a customer satisfaction survey after you move in - because we're always looking to do better.
Every new Hagan home comes with a 10-year NHBC warranty, two years of direct cover from Hagan, and one-year warranties on appliances - so you can feel confident your home is protected from day one.
