Hagan Homes, one of Northern Ireland’s largest homebuilders, has won a prestigious award for its Ilford Park development in East Belfast (Crossnacreevy, BT6 9SG) at the recent (18 November 16) Belfast Telegraph Property Awards 2016, the biggest annual celebration of the property industry in Northern Ireland.

The main contractor for the project is PG Contracts Limited and construction started on site in June 2015. Sixteen homes at Ilford Park have so far been completed and handed over. A further 8 homes have been booked and there are now only 8 further units for sale. The total sales values of the homes will be in the region of £7.5 million.
The Ilford Park show house is available to view every Sunday afternoon from 2pm to 4pm.
