HAGAN HOMES STARTS CONSTRUCTION ON 20 NEW HOMES IN £4.75M EAST BELFAST DEVELOPMENT

Hagan Homes, one of Northern Ireland’s largest homebuilders, has started construction on its £4.75m Ballyoran Heights development in East Belfast (Old Mill Grove, off Upper Newtownards Road, Dundonald BT16 1WG). 

The construction of the 14 three- and four-bedroom semi detached, and detached homes and six two-bedroom apartments will continue until summer 2021 and create approximately 50 jobs.

The project has an intense works schedule with the first handover due to take place in October 2020. Apartment prices will start from £140,000 and house prices from £190,000 to £295,000.
