Hagan Homes, one of Northern Ireland’s largest homebuilders, is investing £3.3m to create 24 new homes at The Rose Garden development off Queensway, Dunmurry (Belfast BT17 9GY). The construction phase of the development will sustain 36 jobs.
The Rose Garden Development will transform what was a ghost site, into a contemporary living space that accommodates 24 modern, two-bedroom apartments to cater for the evolving housing need in the local area.
Work has commenced on the transformation and is scheduled for completion in September 2021, with the first home handover due to take place in autumn 2020. Homes are priced from £134,950.
