Construction begins at Highgrove Meadows, Ballygomartin Road housing development, with first phase set for completion later this year.
Highgrove Meadows, which sits at the foot of Divis Mountain on Ballygomartin Road, will employ 39 people during the construction phase and is set for completion by the end of this year.
The £2.9m scheme will feature 29 high specification two-bed apartments, which will be available through estate agents Rodgers & Finney and Colin Graham Residential. Quigg Building and Surveying will oversee the building work on site.
Set to be popular among first time buyers or those who wish to downsize and live within close proximity to Belfast City Centre, Highgrove Meadows will be competitively listed with prices starting from £95,000.
