Our customer care programme begins when you place your deposit and continues long after you have been given keys to your new home. On completion day new owners are taken through a personal handover by a qualified site foreman where they are given a welcome pack and introduced to the features of their new home.
Each apartment and house is finished to the highest standard with a generous turnkey package, including a fully fitted stylish kitchen and modern bathroom suite, meaning you have little to do once you move in. Our highly trained staff inspect each home several times before handover to complete all snags. Nonetheless, we provide each purchaser with a customer satisfaction survey to complete after they move in. Any issues raised are dealt with professionally and within specified timescale.
Each new build home comes with a 10 year NHBC guarantee and Hagan Homes cover all defects for the first two years. A one year warranty is provided by the manufacturer for all appliances.
