With over 30 years experience, Hagan Homes prides itself on offering affordable, quality, stylish homes.

Over our 30 year history we have built over 4000 homes across the country including developments such as Henryville in Ballyclare, Old Church Square in Dundonald, Titanic Walk in Belfast and The Brooks, Burnside.

In 2013 we handed over the highest number of new homes in NI. Our aim is to build affordable, quality, stylish homes and we achieve this by appointing award winning Architects, Interior Designers and craftspeople.

We are a locally based company employing a highly experienced team, many of whom have been with the company since its inception.

Chairman

James left Queen's University to start work in the family business, trained by his father.

In 1988 he founded Hagan Homes, aimed at the first time buyer market. Under his leadership the company became the largest house builders in NI.

He still takes a very active role as Chairman overseeing with immense pride the continued growth & development of the business.

Director of sales & acquisitions

Jim joined Hagan Homes in 1995 as a member of the sales team. With over 20 years experience across all areas of the business he is a key member of the team and specialises in Land Acquisitions.

Jim also handles site valuations and pricing across all developments.

John has over 10 years experience working in finance across various industry sectors in Northern Ireland.

As Director of Finance John is responsible for day to day finance activities, budgeting and reporting as well as providing ongoing business support across the Hagan Group of companies.

Director of construction

Trevor brings over 15 years experience in residential construction to the Hagan Homes team.

As Director of Construction, Trevor will oversee and direct construction projects from inception to completion, and ensure all onsite and offsite work completes to the highest standards and in line with the compliance and safety regulations.

Sales manager

Henry was one of the first members of staff, joining the company at its inception. He is a highly skilled negotiator and liaises daily with solicitors, estate agents and purchasers.

Henry is focused on customer service and enabling purchasers to take possession of their new homes on schedule.

Assistant Contracts Manager

Matthew graduated with a degree in Construction Engineering and Management from Ulster University and had a background in Site Engineering before joining Hagan Homes.

As Assistant Contracts Manager Matthew assists with the overseeing of construction projects to ensure that they are completed on schedule, to the highest standard and in compliance with the regulations.

Planner

Andrea has been a member of the firm since 2000 and brings a wealth of experience in land acquisition and residential planning matters.

Andrea is responsible for the assessment of the development potential of land and for negotiating and building relationships with other consultants, planning officers and community groups to achieve planning permission that meets the needs of the first time home buyer.

Kate joined Hagan Homes in 2003 as Senior Architectural Consultant.

Kate's role involves designing and overseeing each new development from initial concept through to completion, including planning, building control and tender stages.

Stephen joined the company in 2008 and draws on over 40 years broad experience in the architectural field.

Stephen is responsible for the production of working drawings, utilising the latest AutoCAD software packages and incorporating the latest regulations in compliance with all local statutory bodies’ requirements.
