On Thursday 2nd October the annual CEF Awards gala evening was held in The Culloden Hotel in Holywood. Hagan Homes were announced as the winner of the Brownfield Housing Category for Old Church Square in Dundonald.

Brownfield Housing refers to land that has previously been built on but is now disused or may have derelict buildings on.
