We are onsite to build its newest £3.25m residential development in the town of Strabane.

Creating 38 jobs during the construction phase, Old School Court on Orchard Road, is our second development in the West Tyrone town.

It will be home to 32, two-bed apartments with full turnkey specification. All 32 homes are expected to be completed within the next 18 months.

The properties will boast stylish, modern interiors that nod to the latest decorative trends while benefiting from close proximity to the town’s most popular retail and hospitality establishments as well as North West Regional College.

Affordably priced, Old School Court expects to attract demand from first time buyers in the area who want convenience and luxury.

The first showhome on site will open its doors in May with the first homeowners expected to move in this summer.

Speaking about the development, Jim Burke, Director of Sales and Acquisitions, Hagan Homes, said:

“Old School Court is our second housing scheme in Strabane and follows on from our other apartment development, Printers House back in 2015, which was a very popular scheme.

“We expect this site to generate a lot of interest given the market demand is still high despite the current climate. We also anticipate a lot of interest from first time buyers.

“Old School Court will be a great asset to the housing landscape in the town. Strabane benefits from some of the lowest prices in the housing market in Northern Ireland and we know that our competitively priced apartments here, with their contemporary fittings, fixtures and finishes coupled with the site’s ideal location will summon a lot of attention.”

Strabane Property Centre will oversee sales at Old School Court. Interested parties can contact the agency at strabanepropertycentre@gmail.com or call Ed Richardson on 07977 445886.
